In September 2021 we completed the act of incorporation with the following objective:

Raymond Simmen

Raymond Simmen worked for many years as a manager and employee in the Payroll & Employment Solutions division of one of the leading management consulting and auditing companies. As a federally certified social security expert and specialist in finance and accounting (federally certified), he has been serving clients in all industries such as finance, food, pharmaceuticals, but also SMEs, start-ups, ANobAGs, both nationally and internationally.

Patrick Gübeli

Patrick Gübeli has been running his own fiduciary office for over 19 years and serves clients in any industry: online stores, medical practices, restaurants, painting businesses, gardening companies, various manufacturing and service companies, etc. Previously, he successfully worked as a bank manager for several years. With his broad perspective, he not only acts as an executor of tasks, but also provides advice on the respective financial challenges that SMEs in particular face on a daily basis.

Isabella Kalt worked for many years as a senior manager in the Payroll & Employment Solutions division of one of the leading management consulting and auditing companies. She started her career as a fiduciary with a federal certificate and then found her way home in Payroll.

Doris Stauffacher actively supported the payroll department of one of the leading management consulting and auditing companies as a manager for several years. As an Abacus Payroll module professional and CAS Payroll Expert, she has also acquired a wealth of consulting experience.

Christian Gerschwiler worked for several years as a client manager in the Payroll & Accounting division of one of the leading management consulting and auditing firms, most recently as a manager. As a fiduciary with a federal certificate, he looks after clients in the areas of payroll & accounting as well as taxes for natural persons.

Lisbeth Blöchlinger supports us with several years of fiduciary practice in various matters in the areas of payroll & accounting, in particular also in ad hoc projects and the preparation of tax returns.

Sheyenne Koch

After years of working in a production and retail company (as the person responsible for all HR matters, including payroll, in the retail sector throughout Switzerland), Sheyenne Koch is now working for us as a payroll specialist.

Selina Gübeli

Selina Gübeli has been working for us as Associate Payroll & Accounting since the end of May 2023, after completing her apprenticeship with a vocational baccalaureate in business.

Andrea Wehren

After completing her fiduciary apprenticeship, Andrea Wehren worked for several years as a fiduciary manager, both in smaller companies and, most recently, for over 7 years at one of the leading management consulting and auditing companies.

She has also completed further training as a federally certified fiduciary, a federally certified social insurance specialist and an IAF financial advisor.

Andrea Wehren's specialty is payroll mandates with a certain degree of complexity (such as expats and employee participation schemes). She is also very experienced in the Abacus world and is a master of optimization.

Marina Risi

Our first Re-Joiner Marina Risi has almost 10 years of experience in payroll. She is very familiar with systems such as Abacus and SAP! Marina Risi has an HR specialist certificate, a social insurance specialist certificate and a CAS Payroll Expert certificate and is always there when something needs to be done - even when it comes to payroll in French-speaking Switzerland. With her experience, Marina Risi is also equipped for all other payroll challenges!

Roger Thoma

Roger Thoma joined us as Accounting Manager on January 1, 2025. After almost 15 years working in various trust companies and successfully completing further training to become a certified trust expert, we were able to recruit Roger. He is at home in the areas of accounting, financial statement and tax consulting for individuals and legal cases, VAT, payroll and general consulting. A man for all situations!

As our webmaster and "external" IT staff, we can always count on Nico Gübeli's support - thanks to his technical capacity and patience with users, the subject of IT is a little less challenging.
